Shipping policy

Fulfilment

• Same Day Shipping available for all orders made before 1pm AEDT, this excludes weekends, public holidays, and major events such as Black Friday.

Domestic Shipping

For customers within Australia, we offer two shipping options: Standard and Express.

Standard Shipping

• Estimated transit time: 2-8 business days
• Cost: Free for orders over $150 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $10 AUD
  *Free shipping not applicable for major events such as Black Friday

Express Shipping

• Estimated transit time: 1-4 business days
• Cost: $15 AUD

International Shipping

For customers outside of Australia, we offer Standard International shipping only.

Standard International Shipping

• Estimated transit time: 6-27 business days
• Cost: $20 AUD

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and customs processing. We do our best to provide accurate shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Shipping estimates are based off of when a parcel leaves the warehouse and shipping confirmation has been sent.
