"My experience with AVER was really disappointing. I purchased the Fawn set because the colour shown online was much lighter than what I received. When it arrived, the shade looked significantly different to the website images, which was frustrating as the colour was the main reason I made the purchase. I contacted customer service hoping for a refund due to the misleading representation, but I felt my concerns weren't genuinely acknowledged. Instead, I was repeatedly told that lighting and screen settings can affect colours and was only offered a store credit. As a returning customer who has previously loved the brand, I expected a more understanding and customer-focused response. Overall, I was disappointed with both the inaccurate online representation of the product and the level of support I received when trying to resolve the issue."

"ABSOLUTLY LOVEEEE, so gorg and soft and just perfection. however the only thing is the length. . . in the old flares i used to fit perfectly in the regular, now with these i had to shorten them just like the wide legs. possibly coming out with a petite in flares also that are the same height as the petite in the wide legs or even that tiny bit longer? unsure why the height of the flares changed as i also noticed the flare is more out now also meaning that they definitely sweep the ground, they used to be perfect but i think having petite flares now that the length got increased that are maybe like 6-8cm shorter would be perfect xxxx"
