We offer one free exchange per clothing order if you have received the wrong item or have received a faulty item to all Australian customers. International customers will be charged a subsidised fee of $25AUD to cover shipping and handling.
Need to get them hemmed?
While we're working on releasing a petite length, here are some quick tips if you'd like to hem the regular length in the meantime:
• Choose the right seamstress: Make sure they have a cover stitch machine and ask specifically for a cover stitch to get the most professional finish.
• Wear your shoes to the fitting: Bring your chunky sneakers (or the shoes you'll wear most often) so the hem sits at the right spot.
• Find the perfect length: Have them hemmed just above the floor as this avoids the "ankle banger" look (too short). A little bunching at the ankle adds shape and enhances the silhouette.

"Lovely colour and material. But unfortunately not plus size friendly even though they have my size. For women with bigger bums and a bigger belly- it is not high waisted at all. It sat underneath my belly button and didn’t cover enough of the area above my bum. So I couldn’t wear crop tops bc too much of my back and belly was showing which made me uncomfortable. Wouldn’t purchase again unfortunately unless they made it high waisted."
